Terms of Service for Bananaify

1. Service Overview
Bananaify provides:
- AI-powered image generation using multiple models (including Nano Banana, Nano Banana 2, GPT Image, Grok Imagine, Z Image, and others)
- AI image editing with natural language command processing
- Text-to-Video generation powered by AI video models (including Seedance 2.0)
- Image-to-Video generation for converting static images into animated videos
- Character-consistent editing, style transfers, and multi-photo blending
- Commercial usage licenses for generated and edited content

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Permitted Activities:
- Personal and professional image/video generation and editing
- Original image uploads for editing or video conversion
- Non-commercial and commercial sharing of generated content
- Team collaboration on creative projects

Prohibited Content & Conduct:
You must not use Bananaify to generate, upload, or distribute content that:
- Depicts violence, gore, or graphic injury
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups
- Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way (child sexual abuse material — CSAM)
- Creates deepfakes or impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent
- Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Promotes terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activities
- Deceives or defrauds others, including phishing or scam content
- Bulk generation for unauthorized resale or spam
- Reverse engineering Bananaify AI models
- Automated script usage without written permission

3. Real Person Content & Upload Authorization
- Users must ensure that any uploaded photos or reference images of real people are either of themselves or used with explicit consent from the individuals depicted
- Users are solely responsible for obtaining necessary rights, releases, or permissions before uploading images containing identifiable individuals
- Bananaify reserves the right to remove content that appears to use unauthorized likenesses

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement
- All prompts are screened by automated content safety systems before generation
- Bananaify employs both automated and manual review processes to detect policy violations
- Violations may result in: content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to law enforcement as required by applicable law
- Repeat or severe violations (especially CSAM or deepfake impersonation) will result in immediate account termination

5. Reporting & Appeals
- To report content that violates this policy: abuse@bananaify.com
- To report copyright infringement: legal@bananaify.com
- To appeal an enforcement action: support@bananaify.com with your account details and request ID
- We aim to respond to all reports within 48 hours

6. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of original uploaded images
- Generated and edited images grant commercial usage rights to the user
- Unauthorized use of Bananaify AI models for training is prohibited
- AI generation techniques and models belong to Bananaify and its licensors

7. Payments & Refunds
- Credits expire after 12 months from purchase
- 48-hour refund window for unused credits
- Subscription plans auto-renew at the applicable billing cycle
- Chargeback fees apply ($25)
- Price changes notified 30 days prior

8. Safety Protocols
- 18+ age requirement for platform access
- Automated content safety scanning for all generation prompts
- Content quarantine for policy violations pending review
- Secure file deletion after 72 hours
- Encryption for all AI processing pipelines

9. Liability
- Not responsible for downstream usage of generated content
- Content suitability is at user's discretion and risk
- Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months
- No warranty on uniqueness of AI-generated output
- Users indemnify Bananaify against third-party claims arising from their content
